Live plants are only exchangeable if damaged during shipment and must be reported within 3 days of receipt by emailing your order number and a photo of the damaged item(s). So far, everything I ordered from this shop arrived in good health. The seeds look good but haven't been able to plant them yet as it's still cold here in Northern Michigan. I'm sure everything will grow and thrive once I'm able to plant them! Ill order again in the future!
